Society, Internet, and Privacy

Thursday, 16. May 2013
18:30 - 20:30
Galerie Jean-Malbuisson 15, 1204 Genève

This is the first meeting in Geneva in a while, organized by ISOC Switzerland Chapter, around a topic which concerns everyone who uses the Internet in today’s world.

After two short presentations on ISOC and the Swiss Chapter of ISOC, a digital security expert will give a general picture of the kinds of challenges met by average Internet users today. Some know part of that story, others ignore most of online risks and prefer to avoid thinking about potential risks. But all are concerned.

Come and join the after-talk discussion on these interesting aspects of our daily lives.

Notes: The event will be in English and French.
