From the ISOC HQ page: InterCommunity 2016 will be held on September 21, 2016, beginning at 08:00 UTC in the Asia Pacific region.
The goals of this event are to:
- Gather our community for sharing, dialog and inspiration.
- Highlight Regional accomplishments
- Remember and highlight our mission
- Celebrate our community and their work with reflection and fun
- Provide ISOC members with a sense of belonging through opportunities to act
This year there will be intraregional sessions for two hours followed by global sessions for two hours in all five regions. We will have translation into English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic.
Registration will open July 31 and more information about joining IC 2016 remotely or in person will be available, as will agenda and other information, in the few weeks ahead. This is your meeting, ISOC members, and you don’t need to be near an interactive node to participate fully.
