Formation of Chapter mentioned in INET Opening Speech

Anja Wyden Guelpa, Chancellor of the Republic and State of Geneva, referred to birth of the ISOC Switzerland Chapter in her opening speech held at INET 2012 shortly before its inaugural General Assembly:
